Our Work
Our mission is to open doors to education, a safe space and new opportunities.
Right now, that focus starts in two places: getting children into school, and standing beside young mums and their babies.
Food, uniforms and baby bags are our interim solutions. Alongside them we run programmes built to create lasting change, so we never just give for a month and walk away.
Young Mums & Babies
Support, safety and opportunity for young moms and their babies. We provide 'Mum & Baby Bags' with regular essentials: clothing, formula, nappies etc, to give mums the ongoing support they need.
Back To School
Helping children access school and opportunities. Schooling is free, but children need a uniform, bag and stationery to attend — which we help provide, plus travel costs where needed.
Both programmes keep young people learning. The next step is turning that learning into employment, which is where our Skills Development and Job Readiness programmes come in.

Equipping people with skills for a brighter future.
Free online learning that helps lead to employment. Striving to ensure everyone gets access to education and to help reduce unemployment for youth.
Alongside these, we run a number of supporting programs that strengthen the wider community. They matter just as much, but they're built around, and in support of, our two core areas of focus above.

Community Centre
Bringing essential services directly into an underserved community in Ximba, with 1,500+ beneficiaries expected in Year 1. The building has huge potential, if the essential repairs can be made.

Baby Home Build
Convert the stables into safe, nurturing infant care so young mothers can stay in school. No mum should have to make a choice between education and a child. The area, SAPS included, is also in need of a 24/7 emergency facility.

Small R230 (≈£10) · Large R290 (≈£13)
Small monthly bag: nappies, formula, wipes, soap, vaseline, sanitary towels, deodorant and a blanket. Large bag adds: clothes, maize, porridge, a rattle or toy and toothpaste.

We're Growing: A Baby Home & Community Centre
Our biggest project yet — a safe care facility for infants in Drummond and a new community centre in Ximba, so young mothers can stay in school and families can access support closer to home.
